Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of 25% is required to secure event date. Cancellation of event is subject to loss of deposit. Any balance due is required to be paid one week prior to service provided.
Driver is not allowed to collect monies for service.

2. Minors (Under 18) can not contract services, an adult must sign the contract on their behalf (No Exceptions).

3. Damage to vehicles by anyone in the party is renters responsibility including sickness requiring clean-up/detailing. Clean-Up/Detailing fee (Minimum of $175.00).

4. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

5. Ward Limousine reserves the right to end service, without issuing a refund for inappropriate conduct.

6. In accordance with state law, NO alcohol will be permitted if any person in vehicle is under the age of 21.

7. To prevent unauthorized alcohol from being brought in, passengers are NOT allowed to bring their own beverages without prior approval from Ward Limousine.

8. Customer agrees to release Ward Limousine and all affiliates from any liabilities or claims.

9. NO drug activity! If drugs are found in vehicle, driver will return to pick-up location and end service (NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN).

10. Absolutely no passengers allowed to sit in front with the driver.

11. Ward Limousine reserves the right to substitute the vehicle for your event. Mechanical failures or accidents happen and we may need use another vehicle other than the one
requested. We will only substitute vehicle in cases beyond our control in order to keep our commitment to you and to best serve your needs. You will be notified as soon as we
determine a substitute vehicle(s) is required.

12. No partial refunds on any unused time of services.

13. Any fees required to be paid during time of service is responsibility of renter (Parks, Toll Roads, Etc...).
